3rd – October’s Live Show on BBC Radio Nottingham
For the October Motivation Message we’re heading into the studio. Pam will be live on Frances Finn’s show on BBC Radio Nottingham at
11.30am on Monday 4th October, demonstrating Feel Good techniques live with the studio staff and turning up the Feel Good Factor!
Listen on 95.5fm and 103.8 fm, on Digital and Online, don’t worry if you’re not near a radio or computer at the time, you can also ‘listen again’ on the BBC website.
