It just keeps getting better
The Feel Good Club’s August Confidence Booster was a real buzz, with a room full of people trying out new techniques, laughing, talking and making new friends.
The next one is all about Staying Cool, Calm and Collected even when everything – or everyone – around you is going to hell in a hoola hoop. Learn techniques to keep clear and calm, how to have your own oasis of peacefulness…wherever you go.
September 10th you’ll be enjoying the fun from 6pm til 8.30pm in a gorgeous Nottingham City Centre venue with scumptious Picnic Basket deli buffet and a bunch of friendly types who, like you, just want to Feel Good more of the time.
And remember that October is Just For Girls, when we get to the bottom of why as Women we just can’t stop stopping ourselves! Learn how to have faith in what you do, persuade others and speak your mind, have a look at the details and see if it’s just what you need.

Hope your last meeting went well. I am still dissapointed I had to miss that one! It just seemed to cover points that I needed help in.

Really got a lot from the meeting in August. I am applying some of the techniques on day to day issues. Its working. Just gotta try and remember some of the points I have forgot. Does any one have some notes on it I can refer to?
I am so disapointed I cannot make the next one as it has topics I so want to addresss. Its just about the only date in October I can’t make.
Pam if you are reading this you are doing a great job.
